Ordering your dream cake from Jaytal House Of Cake is quick, easy, and enjoyable. Here is everything you need to know - from your first message to the first slice.

Step 1 - Get in Touch

The occasion (birthday, wedding, graduation, corporate, etc.)
Your preferred cake size and number of guests
Flavour preferences
Your design idea or inspiration (photos welcome!)
Your preferred delivery or pickup date and time
Your delivery location within Nairobi

Step 2 - Get Your Quote

Based on your requirements, we will send you a detailed quote within a few hours. Our pricing is clear and transparent - no hidden charges. If the quote works for you, we'll proceed to confirmation.

Step 3 - Confirm & Pay Deposit

To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received. We accept:

M-PESA
Cash
Visa & MasterCard

Once the deposit is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation with all the details - date, time, design summary, and balance due.

Step 4 - We Bake Your Cake

This is where the magic happens! Our team gets to work crafting your cake using fresh, premium ingredients. Every detail - from the layers to the decorations - is prepared with care and precision.

For custom designs, our team may check in with you during preparation to confirm any design specifics.

Step 5 - Delivery or Pickup

On the agreed date and time, your cake will be ready for delivery or pickup.

Delivery: We will bring the cake carefully to your location within Nairobi. You will receive a notification when we are on our way.
Pickup: Come to our location at the agreed time and collect your cake. We'll have it boxed and ready for you.

Please ensure the balance payment is settled before or upon receipt of your cake.

Step 6 - Celebrate!

Enjoy your beautiful, delicious cake with your loved ones. Don't forget to take photos and tag us - we love celebrating with you! 🎂

Important Ordering Tips

Order at least 48 hours in advance for standard cakes.
For wedding and large event cakes, book 5–7 days or more ahead.
Share a reference photo for custom designs to help us match your vision.
Confirm your delivery address accurately to avoid delays.
Ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time.
