Jaytal House Of Cake delivers freshly baked cakes across Nairobi. Below is a guide to our delivery zones and estimated charges. All deliveries are handled with great care to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition.
How Delivery Works
- Place your order and confirm delivery details during the ordering process.
- Our team will confirm your delivery slot and estimated arrival time.
- You will receive a notification when your cake is on its way.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the cake.
- Balance payment is settled at delivery (if not paid in full during ordering).

Delivery Time Slots
Morning Delivery
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Delivery
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Evening Delivery
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Please specify your preferred delivery time slot when placing your order. We will confirm availability.
Free Pickup Option
Prefer to collect your cake? You are welcome to pick up your order from our location. Pickup is available daily during business hours. We will confirm the exact pickup address when you place your order.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are separate from the cake price.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Cakes are packaged securely for transport, but customers who opt for pickup are responsible for safe transportation once the cake leaves our premises.
- Please provide accurate delivery address details including building name, floor, or any landmark.
